Online Clearance Review

Service Description

You will be sent a link to a secure form once you book a Clearance Review appointment. Please follow the instructions on the secure form and upload all of your required documents. This is not a live appointment. Concise Health Solutions will review your uploaded documents and complete a Summary Report stating that you are Clear for placement. The Summary Report will be emailed to you. If the Summary Report states that you are NOT CLEAR you will need to complete any missing documents and then book a Return Clearance appointment to be CLEAR for placement.
